What do you like best about OpenText RightFax? Its convenient to create cover letters and send faxs from my work station What do you dislike about OpenText RightFax? There is a significant time delay, i wish it was instant What problems is OpenText RightFax solving and how is that benefiting you? Whenever clients need documentation, i fax them documents with it

What do you like best about OpenText RightFax? I like the simplicity of the system. Allows for quick access. What do you dislike about OpenText RightFax? I do not like that it constantly times out during inactivity. What problems is OpenText RightFax solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to not have an actual facts machine which cuts down on hardware cost.

What do you like best about OpenText RightFax? I like that I can view faxes electronically and save as PDFs. What do you dislike about OpenText RightFax? This software is not intuitive for sending faxes out. What problems is OpenText RightFax solving and how is that benefiting you? Not wasting paper with this; I enjoy being able to access past faxes as well.

What do you like best about OpenText RightFax? I absolutely love the ability to have a dedicated fax number that I can provide my clients and then have their faxes show up in my email inbox.
