Fantastic Cloud Based Scheduling Program
What do you like best? Ease of use is amazing, schedule templates. It makes it easy for those that manage payroll, to see their employees schedules, see the changes that have been made, and just see who is working and when. Color-coded systems for ease of reading, and management can access their schedules no matter where they are on any given device. Free Scheduling, Slick Time Clock Feature, Great Support
What do you like best? Scheduling works flawlessly, we were able to do sub schedules under a department which helps keep things manageable. The timeclock feature has everything you would expect from an expensive solution at a fraction of the cost. They have stellar support and really go the distance to make sure you are handled. Excellent scheduling tool for a small department and large company.
What do you like best? Customer service is the best part of using OpenSimSim. We are a small Safety/EMT department of twenty-five. I worked hand in hand with OpenSimSim's customer service for an hour to figure out an issue we were having, and they fixed it. This was when we were still using the free version, and they did not ask for any compensation. If you are on the fence, give OpenSimSim a try. Couldn't recommend highly enough
What do you like best? For an program that offers so many features, I am stoked with the usability and ease at which I am able to dissect and analyse so many aspects of my business. Aside from the obvious scheduling features, I am able to break down my real-time labour costs and stay on top of wages. What do you like best? Open Sim provides excellent Data Analytics so we can properly manage our labor in Real Time! The seamless integration with our POS provider allows us to see the MOST CRITICAL COMPONENT of scheduling: Our ACTUAL Labor vs Sales reporting. The Rubic Cube of scheduling solved
What do you like best? Verifying shifts worked instantly using the smart phone app. Employees are able to manage their time by requesting time off or swapping shifts or offering shifts. Links to sales to help with labor costs. What do you dislike? Some of the terminology doesn't make sense to me but I'm over it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tightening sloppy clock in and out procedures.

What do you like best? We are a small company but spread out across the US. This has helped us to have all schedules in one easy to use location for our management and support team to communicate with our field employees.
