Powerful Yet Free Video Editor

What do you like best? The design was easy enough for someone like me to do basic editing and I am not the best at learning new programs. What do you dislike? Simple but seems to be missing some key features

What do you like best? I obviously appreciate that its free. It is also simple to import videos into the program from several formats. What do you dislike? My main issue has been that for any new video clip added, you have to manually reorganize your project to give it space. I have also not found how to mark the beginning and end of each clip which would be helpful instead of manually doing it. What problems are you solving with the product?
