What do you like best about Openprise? Openprise definitely helps to take away a lot of load from the destination system and has a lot of computation/data orchestration power !!! For data manipulation solutions whether in Salesforce or any system we tend to think the Openprise way if it does not have to be synchronous.

What do you like best about Openprise? Hands down it's the support team. They are not only knowledgeable about their platform and capabilities, but they have invested the time to learn our systems, processes, and goals. I can bring them any problem I need to solve and they will provide several options on how to approach it. I consider my Openprise team as an extension of our team, not a vendor. The platform itself is extremely flexible, allowing us to use it for multiple scenarios.

What do you like best about Openprise? The capabilities of the tool are its best selling point. There is simply nothing it cannot edit/update/automate within large-scale SFDC databases.

What do you like best about Openprise? Flexibility to configure the platform to your business processes. In my past experience, I've seen company's purchase products and then change their business processes to make the newly purchased product "work." I like the fact that Openprise is flexible enough to fit my needs without needing to do change management each time.
