Horrible

Horrible. Says you need to upgrade to a paid plan to get a US number. After paying for the plan it told me I'm not eligible for the US number. No refund of course. I don't recommend this to anyone.

THE PLATFORM/COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE

If you want a reliable long term platform, this isn't the one. They will shut you down in a heartbeat based on speculation. Customer service/retention means nothing to this company at all. I set it up for business use to contact and follow up with my customers however, that only lasted less than 2 days. Don't be fooled by the price, you pay for what you get. I wouldn't recommend this platform to my worst enemy...IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!

I was having difficulty porting my VoIP…

I was having difficulty porting my VoIP number over to OpenPhone. After speaking with Sunny, Edward and Daryl (through the text box and email, over 3 days), they were able to resolve the issue and get the number ported over.
