"A Great Solution"

What do you like best about OpenAsset? All of our photo and branding files are now organized in a visual way that makes so much more sense than network folders. This platform is a huge time and frustration saver. Our account manager is also wonderful. What do you dislike about OpenAsset? The Sizes tab is very clunky to crop photos with - all it does is resize them in their origina proportions. It doesn't actually crop them to the exact dimensions specified. What problems is OpenAsset ...

"OpenAsset is a vital tool for our team"

What do you like best about OpenAsset? It's easy to keep a catalog of our photography. Our employees like the convenience of having a one-stop shop for all our assets. I like the new tagging feature - it does a great job of accurately predicting the necessary tags for a photo, which has saved me a ton of time. I also really like the new homepage. Lastly, our customer success manager Kyle is wonderful! He's super helpful and always ensures we have the latest info about the platform. What do ...

"Customer Service is great! System works seamlessly."

What do you like best about OpenAsset? OpenAsset is an extremely useful and powerful DAM system. If used correctly you can share documents across your firm without having to package them up to send them to another person. All links are embedded through the cloud and they will never be broken. Implementation was very easy - you give them a spreadsheet with paths for your images, choose the 'ranking', and they will pull your data into the system. You can also add Staff photos to the system, ...

"OpenAsset serves as our extensive imagery repository"

What do you like best about OpenAsset? I can access and sort through a vast amount of images, each embedded with metadata and records What do you dislike about OpenAsset? My biggest wish from using OpenAsset would be to be able to flip through images faster using the interface, as it can take a few seconds to advance through each image. As a work around I currently find myself bulk downloading images that then I can flip through faster from my local hard drive What problems is OpenAsset ...

"Really good resource for finding valuable project media"

What do you like best about OpenAsset? It is really easy to use and has a huge library of media across the projects at the office What do you dislike about OpenAsset? The search function could be more robust. Would appreciate if it included the option to filter out images by drawings/ photos for example. "Excellent Software for Photo and Information Storage"

What do you like best about OpenAsset? OpenAsset makes it easy to organize and access our photos and project information. The ability to export to templates has streamlined the process of creating usable marketing collateral. I also love the drag-and-drop features to other programs such as Indesign and Powerpoint. OpenAsset is a must-have tool. What do you dislike about OpenAsset? I dislike that you're unable to create Indesign templates on your own without consulting the OA team (and are ...
