Very Poor
Removed my ability to create the 50 free images a day listed in their ToS. So I created a ticket - they said the ability is removed for all customers, which is a flagrant lie. Images are substandard anyway, so I'll use something else.

BEWARE. Shady practices.
Once you cancel your subscription they will take ALL THE CREDITS you have in your account that you ALREADY PAID FOR. YES PAID FOR. And will still attempt to keep charging your card even though you have cancelled and have no subscription.

The program is nice i would give 5…
The program is nice i would give 5 stars but... i had so many credits there thats i not made my abo longer thats i can use first my credits and then i do abo again. but why i give just one star. After closed the abo the took all my credits i was now my the judge and they has give me right and will handle this they did fraud because they took the money and the credits. is not really nice of them. the Media is inform too and will bring this in the next tv show where they talk about KI Image ...

Openart.ai Credit Card fraud is occurring
Openart.ai double billed my cc in Aug 2023. While attempting to resolve the issue, which they denied, I was billed again in Sept, without resolution on the previous matter. I always bill month to month when testing out a service and they claim the system auto billed me again in Sept. (lie no. #1). so,I cancelled my CC on Visa's advice.
