Challenging task to identify and correct a problem with a credit-card integration

This is regarding support we received this afternoon from Elavon. This support agent was very very good. This was a complex issue but Amir very quickly picked up my not so perfect explanation of the problem. Based on his professional experience, he then described how the problem that he quickly identified, could be corrected. We will need a further session to complete this work but I am very confident that Amir will help complete this work - I have been very impressed, thankyou.

Help with update to Opayo URLs

I rang the Elavon support desk because we'd had several emails from them saying we should update our Opayo urls by 31st March as from then our SagePay urls would stop working. Despite reading all the information we had been sent I had no idea what I had to do. Daniel was very helpful, guiding me to find our Merchant Number via the Authorisation Details on a Transaction Report so he could identify our account.
