Horrible app

Horrible app, horrible service, expensive for the company and the employee. And it adds almost no additional benefit. A simple bank transfer is just as beneficial to the contractor.

Stay away from this platform

Terrible experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ontop. First, there is a U$ 9.00 fee to transfer money. Then, at random times, my account, which was previously functioning well for transfers, suddenly stopped working. When I contacted customer support, they offered basic troubleshooting suggestions such as using a different device or reinstalling the app, implying that the issue was on my end, even though nothing had changed and the account was working before. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Transfer money between countries nowadays is quiet easy with other platforms, but Ontop complicates everything. - Horrible integration with transfer methods to Brazilian accounts. Transfer from USD to BRL is always a nightmare. - The customer support try to push the problem to customer side, though the platform always have problems. - They don't offer a clear and detailed view about the currency exchange rates and taxes.

Scam

They systematically pay late. They made me sign a contract in which they promised to pay on the eighth day but they never do. They claim that it is my company's problem, even though I send them the receipts showing that my company made the transfer within the five working days. They have a lousy customer service, totally automated and useless in which they answer over and over again the same useless stupidity for those who have a problem as a customer. Horrible experience

- App Constantly crashes, bad experience overall - Customer support is almost non-existent as they take days to answer. - Takes a very long time to do transfers - After almost a week of "processing a transfer" and constantly asking for updates every day, they ask for more documents that they should have asked at signup.

Worst Cross Border Payment Support

Worst payment transfers from Ontop to respective own accounts. They're clueless on whats happening with the money. Account Manager never solves any issue and for weeks, all you need to do is just keep begging them for what's the status of the payment. No one identifies the problem or figure a solution even after repeated reach outs. Horrible experience so far. Writing this after a 2-month issue not getting resolved. Ticked ID: 808042

"I like the product and their team is amazing"

What do you like best about Ontop? We 've been using Ontop for a while now and, all though we had a rough start, it has significantly streamlined our payroll process. Our contractors appreciate its user-friendly platform, and we've also eliminated many payment fees.
