"Their support is awesome!"

What do you like best about OnPay? It is very simple and intuitive to use. and, if you have any questions, support is quick and very helpful. What do you dislike about OnPay? Some detailed integrations to Xero are not easy to do, such as, splitting an employee's pay, taxes, and worker's comp codes to different GL codes. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? They take care of ALL taxes for me. I don't have to worry about them. OnPay will let me no if there are tax issues.

What do you like best about OnPay? Ease of the software. Customer Support is always good. What do you dislike about OnPay? Cannot think of any at this time. Have not had any major issues. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? They make processing payroll very easy. The other company I had charged such an outrageous price. They are very affordable for a small business.

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay is an excellent partner for payroll. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. In particular, they are so helpful with onboarding new clients, even when transitioning with payroll history from other sources. What do you dislike about OnPay? "OnPay's customer service is a ten!"

What do you like best about OnPay? First off, I love the customer service. Any and all questions I have had were answered quickly and with care. I feel like they actually care if I know what I'm doing. Quickbooks payroll cost more and was less user friendly and the support left you with more questions than answers. The ability to integrate with Quickbooks is really nice. The people at OnPay were able to take all the information from Quickbooks and copy it over. That saved me a ton of time. ...

What do you like best about OnPay? Couldn't believe how easy the sign on process was. Five months prior we had changed to another service and getting started was a nightmare. When we switched to OnPay they answered every question we had and then they totally handled the conversion. All we were left to do was enter the direct deposit account numbers. What do you like best about OnPay? We have used OnPay for about 3 months now, and they were extremely helpful during the set-up process. It is very easy to use, and when I have questions, the support staff does a phenomenal job in getting the issue(s) resolved fast and professionally. Customer for life!

I've had such a great experience using OnPay! I signed up about a year ago and everything about the process was smooth and uncomplicated. Any time I had a question, I would call and get right though and a knowledgeable person would walk me through whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend!
