"Highly functional two-way messaging platform"

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy to use, reliable, allows two-way communication between staff members on personal devices What do you dislike about OnPage? No way to override silenced phone to receive notifications What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Secure, two-way communication between hospital staff

"a very reliable paging service"

What do you like best about OnPage? It is always on and is very reliable, integrating very well with my phone. What do you dislike about OnPage? No way that I am aware of to suppress a page that I have already received without logging into and touching my organization's ticketing system. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Reliable paging for myself and my team.

"It works well. I get the info I need to take care of the patient"

What do you like best about OnPage? Direct messaging to the call service and info of what patient needs What do you dislike about OnPage? It costs money. I started using it since the call service emails were no longer supported What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get HIPAA sensitive information about patients and know what I am calling them about before actually calling them

What do you like best about OnPage? using the mobile app - this is handy for when away from teh computer What do you dislike about OnPage? i have not come across any as of yet - i am not an on call person, just the admin and all seems to be working so far! "Very good experience with OnPage."

What do you like best about OnPage? The loud function feature - I have never missed a page so far! I also really appreciate the customer service who quickly resolve any problems. What do you dislike about OnPage? Occasionally, I have had some pages not delivered, however the customer service was quick to help out. "Overall excellent product that accommodates our complex Follow The Sun schedules"

What do you like best about OnPage? Ability to accommodate our complex schedules. Other tools we reviewed were lacking in this area. What do you dislike about OnPage? Although I think there are a couple of areas that could benefit from new features / improvements, they are very minor. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? OnPage allows our team to respond faster to our client system monitoring alerts, minimizing our lag time and reducing client downtime.

What do you like best about OnPage? Do not need to Carry a Pager. The Range should be greater than the Paging system. What do you dislike about OnPage? My facility does not pay for the phone I use What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Notification of On Call coverage in a Timely Manner
