"Helps completing the ticket without SLA breach"

What do you like best about OnPage? The remainers help resolving the ticket before SLA breach. the application is user friendly. The notification describes the contents of ticket also. What do you dislike about OnPage? App notifies only on 25, 50,75 percent. It would be better it the frequency is increase. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? The high priority ticket SLA breach resolving.

"Wakes me up, Does the Job"

What do you like best about OnPage? OnPage does the job and wakes me up when needed without any kind of extra nonsense. Even my minor signup/login issues while I was getting started using OnPage were resolved by support relatively quickly and effectively. What do you dislike about OnPage? "I have frequently used OnPage while on-call as a Network System Administrator"

What do you like best about OnPage? OnPage offers a simple, yet structured interface with many options. It was easy to setup and get started with little to no training. There are custom features that integrate with each user at any time. I used OnPage for 2 weeks straight and never had an issue that needed customer support. "OnPage allows me to complete my work easily and smoothly"

What do you like best about OnPage? The variety of alerts you can set to receive when you get a page. I also find it very user friendly and that it is easy to forward pages. And that you can call back pages easily by clicking on the number. What do you dislike about OnPage? I honestly cannot thing of anything that I don't like about OnPage. I haven't had any issues with it. I do wish there was a way for the person paging to leave a short message to give some idea of what they are paging ...

What do you like best about OnPage? Seems to be quite reliable. Able to schedule people to the 30 min increment. I like the email page option. What do you dislike about OnPage? Sometimes glitchy, all members of team are paged once and awhile instead of the one scheduled. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Staff can report their exposures at any time of day to the staff member on call to follow up with the incident
