What do you like best about Onna? The customer service and the people. I like being able to provide feedback on new services. However, there should be a steep discount for the time given on rolling these out, but instead, our support time response was rolled back, and the price went up.

What do you like best about Onna? We have a massive amount of workspaces and Onna makes it easy to quickly and efficiently search for people/messages/files across every single one of them. The ease and the efficiency of searching makes Onna great for our uses.

What do you like best about Onna? Onna makes it easy to put legal holds in place in regards to our Slack instance. The customer success team is knowledgable and is always looking for ways for us to get the most value out of our plan. There are more tools besides Slack that are available to bring into Onna as well.
