Our delivery services are more organized and on time with the help of Onfleet.

PROS: There are a lot of issues that arose with our delivery process that resulted in a lot of angry customers. Acquiring Onfleet was a smart decision on our end because the process of delivering parcels from one point to another is more organized and straightforward. We can find better routes so we could maximize our time on the road. What do you like best about Onfleet? The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Onfleet? There is nothing I dislike at this moment What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Im solving the issue of delivery times in between each delivery. The app helps me track my drivers so no unncessary time is waisted on the road.

It may not be a perfect system but it definitely helps us in our delivery process.

PROS: The app itself is user friendly that is why our staff didn’t have a hard time learning how to use the app. CONS: UI is something that the developers need to work on especially the customization of reports. Some functions are too slow based on the feedback that was shared with me.

What do you like best about Onfleet? We have been using onfleet for 3 years now and it is amazing. The UI is great, there are a bunch of features and the service and team are incredible! It has been a blast to grow using their tech and they have really made our lives a lot easier on the daily. What do you dislike about Onfleet? What do you like best about Onfleet? knowing where all of our delivery teams are at any given moment and being able to relay that information to the customer. What do you dislike about Onfleet? That there are no notification sent when a job is failed, and also the chat feature is very glitchy. "Excellent GPS and delivery tracking service"

What do you like best about Onfleet? Seeing distance from one task to another, live traffic flow, predictive ETA What do you dislike about Onfleet? Sometimes the predictive ETA takes a bit long to upload What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits of Onfleets is knowing where my drivers are at all times. It's easy for them to contact the patrons through the app. The option to use any map application to get to their destination is immensely helpful as well.
