What do you like best about Onfleet? It streamlines delivery coordination and saves time. What do you dislike about Onfleet? The Recipient contact options could be better What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet allows me to coordinate deliveries without using several different websites.

"Great Routing service with great customer service"
What do you like best about Onfleet? Routing ease of use. Drag and drop is amazing What do you dislike about Onfleet? Limited in the notifications for specific client names. A bit generic in this area What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Time. It's quick and easy to use. Mobile is great as well

What do you like best about Onfleet? Trackable link page, proof of delivery photo, route optimization, automated texts, ETAs, driver status What do you dislike about Onfleet? API limitations, white-label experience is not very thorough. Would want to be able to embed the route information into our app. Recommendations to others considering Onfleet: Need easier support. "Onfleet overall has been a great experience"
What do you like best about Onfleet? It helps coordinate our deliveries to be the most fuel-efficient. It also allows us to be able to provide our customers with a better timeframe on when they can expect their deliveries. What do you dislike about Onfleet? The biggest downside is when a driver starts a task and then clicks navigate, it only shows the coordinates for the destination and not the actual address. "Great System"
What do you like best about Onfleet? The connection to our website makes routing deliveries easy and efficient. What do you dislike about Onfleet? If deliveries use the same phone number but different addresses, the recipient information for all prior deliveries gets overwritten with the most recent delivery information resulting in incorrect names and confusion for drivers. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? None at the moment.

What do you like best about Onfleet? I like the automated updates the customers get. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Cost. Lack of on-demand support. Sometimes we need help here and now and email support is not helpful in real time. Recommendations to others considering Onfleet: Chat support. More affordable option for startups. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Route management and automated SMS updates to the customers.

What do you like best about Onfleet? I love that the support is located in theU.S. The job board for drivers, the notifications work What do you dislike about Onfleet? Several things. First, the price point and limited savings for Non-profits. Second, the loop of back and forth support tickets to get something solved. Three, the support staff has yet to be able to fix our issues. "Great but with a few kinks to iron out"
What do you like best about Onfleet? I love that it sends automated delivery text notifications to customers, which allows them to communicate directly with the driver. It's not part of my job to build delivery routes, but it's helpful that it will suggest routes to you. The amount of features it has and the intuitive interface are so helpful to our team.
