What do you like best about Onfleet? Knowing where our drivers are located. How long it takes to make a delivery. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Sometimes not conducive to spur of the moment changes or additions. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Eventually reviewing the delivery orders will help be more efficient.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Being able to keep track of active delivery orders and see our drivers on their route in real time. This allows us to communicate to our guest about the status of their orders. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I find Onfleet hard to navigate sometimes, especially when it comes to making changes to an existing route. What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet has fantastic integration capabilities that allow the operation to gain efficiency and ease the day to day workload. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Not much. We operate deliveries through a 'scheduled' and an 'express' menu, so the only grip that I would have would be the auto-dispatch feature doesn't work with express orders that appear with no time slot. What do you like best about Onfleet? What I like the best is the automation feature coming. As of right now I like that we can put a delivery right on a rider/driver and the notification goes straight to their phone. What do you dislike about Onfleet? At this point there is nothing that I don't like. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet is solving the issue of finding drivers/riders. I'm new to Onfleet so I have not realized any benefits as of yet.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is most helpful in it's routing and tracking capabilities. Using it has allowed me to scale up my driver pool with less of a need of route training. What do you dislike about Onfleet? It would be helpful if there were more analytics around service times so that they can update in real-time so ETA's could be better. What do you like best about Onfleet? The ability to track via GPS and find an almost real-time location of our drivers is not only necessary but very helpful in determining routes and performance. What do you dislike about Onfleet? There is not anything that I can honestly thing of. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? OnFleet helps us contain all of the necessary information that is required by law to run our delivery service.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is one of the tracking platforms I have used and is my favorite tracking platform. The tracking of drivers is easy to user friendly. I also enjoy the easy tutorials and the updates. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I don't dislike anything; I would like a robust option of reports with more filters. What do you like best about Onfleet? OnFleet helps better our florist business and we didn't even know we needed it! It is amazing with routing our delivery drivers and letting the customer know their flowers were delivered. It lets us know in real time where our driver is and what deliveries he has already completed and what is left. What do you dislike about Onfleet?
