What do you like best about Onfleet? We can trace our window time for orders to be delivered in a timely fashion and create routes feasible for the driver to drop off orders in a timely manner. Also can rearrange orders if any reschedules happen What do you dislike about Onfleet? Route optimization is not entirely accurate due to traffic buildup or traffic jams. What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is super helpful because everything you need to perform my dispatcher job and to properly keep an eye on my drivers and the routes they are delivering on each day. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I do not really have anything negative to say at this point about Onfleet because the entire time that I have been working as a dispatcher and using Onfleet, the program has ben nothing but incredibly helpful to me. "Onfleet has made a world of difference in managing and tracking our daily shipments."

What do you like best about Onfleet? I can let my customers know where their delivery is, and when they can expect it. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I haven't found anything about Onfleet that I don't like. I guess I would have to say keeping the data stored from our customer. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet has let me track where my driver is at all times, and has cut down on calls to the driver checking ETA's on deliveries.

What do you like best about Onfleet? I like the accuracy of tracking as well as the integration capabilities. What do you dislike about Onfleet? There are some bugs with new build address locations. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? The issues with last mile delivery that we are experiencing are being resolved by OnFleets services.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Easy to use and our delivery drivers really appreciate the easy access to maps when they are delivering. Onfleet support has been great! What do you dislike about Onfleet? Does not integrate with Better Impact very well. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to easily route and optimize routes for our drivers. Makes it very simple for our drivers to have access to all the information they need to find clients homes

What do you like best about Onfleet? Being able to track and see live updates on where my drivers are at and can make changes as needed on the fly. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I have not found any downsides to this application as of yet. :) What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Know where my drivers are at in their routes and can foresee any delays, or know if I can add more deliveries based on location and time frames.

I would like a feature that helps a courier identify their shipments in delivery sequence to load their vehicle faster. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? OnFleet helps us provide proof of delivery to our customers with photos, timestamps, and geolocation.

What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet solves my routing issues and the optimization feature is great. Now the drivers have better and more efficient routes.

Our system is a bit dated so making sure it gets into Onfleet can be a hassle at times. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us see where our drivers are and give real time delivery times to our customers

What do you like best about Onfleet? I love that you get to keep track of drivers live, edit notes and provides live information on the tasks created. its definitely helped our workflow immensely.
