My only experience with this company has been for Pasta Evangelists orders, and they are truly dreadful! On one occasion they came by when I was out, because the estimated delivery time was totally wrong. The driver was trying to deliver nearly a mile away from my address, so the guidance I tried to give him on the phone was totally useless – luckily he eventually found it on his own. What do you like best about Onfleet? Fast, up to the second information. Provides most of the information we need day to day with our Drivers on the road deliveries and Pick Ups. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Needs to work better with other applications. Needs to sync with other platforms. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Does not provide all of the information needed, at times.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is very intuitive and allows my coordinators to keep track of my drivers as their on the road. What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is one of the best software I have used to track the driver and deliver the products to the users. In this, we can manage the driver details and hierarchy under which the driver falls and auto-assign the order to them based on the region for which they are entered. "Easy Order Tracking with Onfleet"

What do you like best about Onfleet? It's pretty easy to navigate Onfleet and you can locate orders reasonably quickly. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I haven't experienced any dislikes about Onfleet yet, it gets the job done for our business needs. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet allows us to track the progression of our local orders on delivery days. It also is a source for delivery info when troubleshooting delivery issues.

"A nifty but truly effective tool"

What do you like best about Onfleet? I can see at a glance where all of my drivers are and am able to easily allocate deliveries to them. What do you dislike about Onfleet? The price!!! It really is horrifically expensive. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a great way to organise my drivers. I can see at a glance where they are, who is available and I can allocate orders to them as they "Zap" into OnFleet.

"Intuitive, snappy, and flexible."

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet gives a ton of control to both the driver and the dispatcher. There is a large degree of freedom when it comes to assigning and completing tasks, creating different driver teams, and allowing drivers to contact recipients. What do you dislike about Onfleet? "Accurate and Easy"

What do you like best about Onfleet? Accurate arrival times, excellent for making a route for you, it takes the guess work out of where your drivers need to go with the auto assign feature. Love that we can include notes as well What do you dislike about Onfleet? Not a whole lot, honestly. its the best routing service I've ever used.
