What do you like best about Onfido? The service is quick and the overall experience is always nice and trustworthy. What do you dislike about Onfido? Like any other service, it is not 100% accurate but it becomes better all the time. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Adding more security levels to combat fraud, ML and TF.

What do you like best about Onfido? Installation was straightforward and documentation was comprehensive and well structured. Haven't had any major issues. What do you dislike about Onfido? Took a while to get the account management process right, but we've got there now. In fairness, they were being overly proactive! What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Onfido? Stable service, best KA and fast support answers, recurrent reports. What do you dislike about Onfido? the pictures of ID cards are accepted as clear with data covered and part of id card missing like the margins. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? some fraud cases discovered and stopped, incresed conversion in kyc step on the credit flow, increased business, faster time to yes for the customer, smoother experience for the customer

What do you like best about Onfido? If Know Your Customer ("KYC") is a requirement for your business, Onfido is a great choice. Their solution is priced competitively, and it is very easy to use. What do you dislike about Onfido? As with any solutions or compliance vendor which is based internationally, I sincerely hope they would consider a local currency option for their clients which is more competitive based on prevailing foreign exchange rates. Onfid allows us to ensure documents are not fraudulent and belong to the person carrying out the verification.
