"Really solid platform"
What do you like best about Onfido? I like the clean interface and really well-designed steps. I like that it's easy to integrate the SDKs for my developers, and love their high pass rates more than anything else! What do you dislike about Onfido? The downsides are that troubleshooting can be hard, and support can be hard to come by as you need to email the Onfido support line. Upgrading SDKs repeatedly can be a lift as well. "We have always had a high pass rate through Onfido, so it's pretty painless!"
What do you like best about Onfido? We receive a regular weekly report, and we don't generally need to contact Onfido unless there is a specific problem. What do you dislike about Onfido? When we have had an issue, it can take sometime to receive a response on an investigation, which can affect our service What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Our very strict German Market, I don't believe as yet that I have seen another company who can handle in the same way as well

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish - cannot execute due to low memory. This is on a new Android phone. I just wish Revolut would stop using this faulty software.

What do you like best about Onfido? Straightforward, fast and efficient verification process. Useful results reporting and tracking. What do you dislike about Onfido? Would like to have access to a more details results dashboard. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Make document verification fast and efficient on such big checks volumes.

The user experience can be clanky at times, especialy when people are blocked from transacting What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you?
