Great experience during my Revolut online…
Used Onfido during my Revolut online bank account opening and it went through smoothly. All onboarding process steps have been explained very well. I have used an iPhone 11Pro, so all well on iOS. Was a bit worried due to other comments, but for myself all went very well.

Unauthorized credit check
Tried contacting this company and get nowhere company as done a unauthorized credit search on me without me applying for anything or my knowledge ,seems they are doing a lot of this my other reviews on here ,this company needs investigating to why they are doing this to people.

Terrible service and layout
Terrible service and layout, impossible to reach someone on the phone, would avoid if I could but for whatever reason public sector and online businesses love to use these.

USELESS!!!
The Company I chose for a loan enquiry uses Onfido to 'Verify ID' I have a brand new DORO mobile which does the basics that a mobile needs to do. If I want Internet I use a desktop. If I want a photo I use high spec digital cameras. I choose not to use a smartphone! You can't use an Onfido linked finance Company unless you have a smartphone. You CAN send a photo of your driver's licence or passport, but everytime you try and submit it Onfido rejects on the grounds of 'Detected Flare' Well, ...

Deeply flawed system and no responsibility
Deeply flawed system, which large companies are placing far too much faith in. I have power of attorney for my elderly mother and require to be able to instruct her bank (Barclays) on her behalf. Right and proper that Barclay's make me jump through hoops. Very unfortunate that they have chosen Onfido.
