Unable to go for an interview as my name is wrong
This is the 3rd times that I am trying to apply for a company that is using Onfido to do their Identity verification and been turned down and unable to find what is wrong with my name. Interesting to see they they don't have a number for consumers and that was actually to tell them I will take legal action and make a claim.

I'm about to lose a job I DESPERATELY need because they won't accept my birth certificate. I have uploaded various photos of it over 20 times. They are following all the guidelines. Onfido just doesn't work

Wasted an hour of my life to verify my…
Wasted an hour of my life to verify my passport including three failed attempts on mobile then laptop. Software is glacially slow to upload the files and then can't recognise you when it does.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
file size is always too small when uploading images. Every single time the image gets rejected. Tesco and morrison's needs to ditch this as there external source. It's genuinely ruining people's chances of finding work when they have the correct evidence.

Credit Check
A credit check that was carried out by this firm appeared on my credit record and even though I followed their advice on their website to contact them with the relevant details to find out on behalf of what company Onfodo had carried out these checks despite 4 e-mails they couldn't be bothered to reply - as per most of the reviews on here. I have now raised a complaint with the ICO...bet they reply now. A company thats obviously not interested in following the rules and does not even follow ...

Dont even deserve 1 star
Dont even deserve 1 star, refusing my pictures that met all requirments. Even used two different phones, tried a top of the range camera phone second time. Deffinetly cost me an interview at tesco.*****.

What do you like best about Onfido? That it is paperless and quick checks are instant What do you dislike about Onfido? Sometimes is comes Back as consider and takes time to comfirm so I guess the data base is not perfect Recommendations to others considering Onfido: Brilliant way to check ID for clients and completely paperless and environment friendly. Ne fonctionne pas
Belle publicité, beaux principes. Ne fonctionne pas correctement. Du tout. C'est une blague. Il ne suffit pas de marquer AI, AI, AI partout dans les prospectus pour être fonctionnel. Onfido est une catastrophe, probablement moins de 75% de succès, même après des efforts démesurés (tentatives après tentatives) d'utilisateurs de bonne fois (i.e. 25% de marché de perdu, au moins, pour toute entreprise qui tentera, comme nous, de l'utiliser). A fuir.
