Tried to use this to open a banking…

Tried to use this to open a banking account which required verification. First part okay, but not easy first time, then last part doesn't work. No explanantion, no alternative. Gave up, and just hope my information is kept safe. Won't work with any business using it in future.

I'm trying to verify my binance account…

I'm trying to verify my binance account for two days now. The camera gets really bad when Onfido starts. It would be much easier if I could just upload a photo or, at least, if I could be able to take a photo with the normal quality of my camera with onfido. BR

Terrible service

Terrible service, I have to say race biased levels of criteria as I’ve contacted a few friends and my wife included and all of them being white didn’t went to the humiliating process of multiple pictures holding up proof of address and changing angles etc. and it’s 2023, very few people and companies use paper mail. Time to evolve so called tech financial company. Terrible.

What do you like best about Onfido? Great customer service and great user interface. Excellent analytics and response codes. What do you dislike about Onfido? No Arabic language coverage. Pricing should be more competitive. Need to add more granular fraud signals. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Non Face to Face onboarding, reducing account takeove and fraudulent signups
