Data was split then Lost then Unretrievable! Useless Untrustworthy.

Took my data then split it in two which my Bank couldn't then properly retrieve! Utterly useless. Onfido won't help and Bank 'can't' so it all has to be done again. In spite of stating they 'don't keep my data' it's not 'my contract' with them it's the Bank's so I never get told or informed about MY data. Untrustworthy. Awful. Yet ANOTHER loss to our Freedoms and Rights. :(

I don't really know why so crypto and online business site rely on onfido for customer verification. A company (onfido.com) that does not know what is going on in Nigeria with regard to Her (Nigeria); with Her huge market. They denied me on many sites without really verifying the documents i provided. So, Onfido.com is fraud who is taking money from company with doing the job for them. Product works, terrible customer reply time

Product works, terrible customer service. Have been trying to get hold of them numerous times to query invoices/get an understanding of why we get double charged and it takes weeks for them to reply. It seems like they probably only have about 1 person on customer service, which clearly is not enough!

Almost unusable

Aviva use this company to do id verification. It was just really not an easy process. There's some problems with the webpage layout. When taking photos of a driving licence, it only works if you hold the phone landscape. I didn't realise this immediately, I lined my id up nicely in the box provided, took the photo and it just tells you the document hasn't been detected, turn phone landscape and it worked first time.
