Garbage software

Tried taking a photo with my iPhone 13 Max Pro. Phone was leaning against a wall, pointing down to my passport splayed out on a surface. No direct light (no glare), and phone was absolutely still (as it was against a wall). Have tried 5 times, and I get 5 fails due to image quality. I guess I'm going to have to spend £2k on a DSLR camera, seeing as how onfido deems the iPhone 13 Max Pro's camera as garbage.

Absolutely god awful system

Absolutely god awful system. Will absolutely avoid any and all systems ran by this failed GCSE IT assignment. Take it off the market. Take yourself off the market. Sincerely, whoever created this, I hope they never even overhear another design brief

Unusable document verification

I’m being forced to use Onfido to verify my review right to work document before an interview. This is an impossibility as any images of my documentation is capped to a very low resolution on their website despite it being perfectly clear and legible in actuality. This has led to my documents being declined three times due to faults entirely within their own software, now I will contact my interviewer directly and explain the situation so thanks for wasting my time. Any employers seeking to ...

Useless

Ofido failed to confirm my right to work in the UK. I supplied them with 9-digit code which instantly confirms everything. But they failed to confirm this to a prospective employer. Having been selected for the job, I have lost it "due to the invalid Share code" and "a human error". They apologised but that does not help. Avoid.

So so disappointed

Did not respond in a timely manner. Did not update me. Lost my opportunity to get a job because they don't know what a right of abode is. Outraged.

Not fit for purpose.

Not fit for purpose. I uploaded and submitted my documents, thought it was easy, but days later my top document got rejected due to "blurry". Four attempts later, with days waiting between attempts to know if it worked, it's now accepted. However, the lower document is now rejected due to "blurry" so I'm back to days of waiting for an issue that shouldn't exist. If both were "blurry" why do this twice? This is for a job application; I wish I could give minus stars.
