Do not waste your time trying to use this
This is an awful waste of time. Attempts with two mobile phones both failed: links did not respond to clicks and in one case did not appear at all. Completely unprofessional.

I tried to upload my right to work…
I tried to upload my right to work documents about 4 times and got an email saying "We found an issue when trying to process your checks" "Please help us continue by taking the following action We cannot accept your expired visa. Please upload proof of your Right to Work in the UK and resubmit the application form" I tried to upload my NI number letter from HMRC, passport and my UK visa WHICH ARE ALL CORRECT AND VALID DOCUMENTS!!!

Now threats of we will close your bank account ( after being with this bank for over 30 YEARS !!!! ) DISGUTED WITH BARCLAYS FOR ALLOWING THIS BLACKMAILING MORONIC FIRM !

What do you like best about Onfido? The promptness of the outcome is a really attractive benefit of using Onfido as a KYC portal. What do you dislike about Onfido? Identity document errors most of the times What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Timer reduction from 3 min to instant is helping us.

What do you like best about Onfido? I like that results are fast and accurate. We want to try now the Studio product cause we've seen the demo and it's just the tool we need to be able to be more flexible when applying changes and so we don't need to require everything to the tech team. What do you dislike about Onfido? I really dislike that we payed 6 month in advance and we keep getting bills every month.
