Absolutely fabulous software!

What do you like best? I really enjoyed the automatic accounting feature and effortless inventory capabilities. What do you dislike? I wish that its customer service representatives were a bit more accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ONE UP has been very helpful in improving my CRM engagement and helping sales orders turn into other parts of the accounting cycle. It truly became streamlined when I used it.

What do you like best? I like that it can turn things directly into invoices that I can send to customers. What do you dislike? There is nothing special and the CRM system is clunky.
