Support was able to resolve my issue…

Support was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I’m launching a live series through my therapy practice for survivors of painful life experiences morethancope.com and I was not able to stream to Instagram, support resolved the matter right away.

Love the support team

The support i get from OneStream is incredible. I don’t know how they can get back to me so fast. They were very good at troubleshooting and getting me through my process. And the a couple days later, an unexpected follow up email to make it was all good and see if there was anything else. Their whole tone is like the really appreciate me as a customer. I recommend OneStream very highly.

OneStream's customer support service is beyond amazing

OneStream's customer support service is beyond outstanding. I recently contacted them with an issue I was having with my stream to Facebook. Long story short, it was Facebook's problem, not OneStream's. Instead of responding with "that's not our problem", the OneStream tech researched how to solve the problem on Facebook and sent me instructions. When that didn't work, she tried again with a second set of Facebook instructions. Find me another tech support center anywhere in the world ...
