Working with OneStream help and support is so helpful and they stay with you until your question or problem has been solved. Then they check up on you to make sure to fix is still working. This is super customer service.

Fast help with locating my username and…
Fast help with locating my username and password. I totally forgot that I created an alternate email address for support staff so nothing I tried gave me access. I was frustrated and ready to give up. I sent a message to chat an within 5 minutes they figured out what happened and I was able to log in.

This tool has been amazing for…
This tool has been amazing for streaming my online fitness classes. I am able to stream to multiple groups on the same platform where other companies told me I would not be able to. Any problem I’ve had the online support is always there to help & go above & beyond. I’ve been very impressed by their customer service overall. I would highly recommend.

5 stars! Only good things. I used it couple of time to do a pre-recorded stream on YouTube and it works perfectly! Great platform! Great customer service, they respond to the chat immediately!
