What do you like best? There are many good plugins and accounting software around. But when you have an issue it's good to have someone to help you with it.

What do you like best? Have been using OneSaas seamlessly now for over a year and love how it is simple and effective at doing api tasks that would take thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours to setup. Sherwin has been excellent in helping with an issue we had. Can't fault the customer service

What do you like best? We were having problems correcting our Wix integration between our two accounts that we've opened and Ronnie was extremely professional and helpful. He provided prompt assistance and fixed our problem.

What do you like best? The customer Satisfaction - They not only provide us product named OneSaas but along with that they give us great Customer Service.

What do you like best? Just been in a lengthy support chat with Troy what can I say he is my personal integration saviour, sat with me the whole way hand holding my complete novice hand as I synced up my platforms to xero.. what a hero!

What do you like best? I have spoken to Troy on chat a couple of times to dive deep into the abilities of the MYOB Account Right integration with Big Commerce. Covered a lot of extensive technical details, some which one could consider outside the scope of detail surrounding the integration and more general advice with a particular scenario. He has been super polite, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and has made it a pretty much no brainer in the consideration to move forward with ...

"Great support makes for a great product"

What do you like best? The product does what it is supposed to do and when it does not work (rarely) the support team are super onto getting it sorted. I had an issue recently and Ronnie responded back within an hour and quickly fixed the error and had it all running perfectly again.

What do you like best? The online chat service we received from Ronnie was fantastic, very patient and supplied us with m,any linkls to help us with the intergratiopn process. Spoke in laymans terms and really helpful.
