What do you like best about OnePoint HCM? I like the customer service. My employees love the mobile app...so easy to use!! It feels like the staff are happy when I call them, genuinely happy. They are respectful and always follow up with any tasks I have for them. It sounds corny but they do put the customer first, at least with my account. I find it easy to do business with OnePoint. What do you like best about OnePoint HCM? I like that they are an all in one solution. I find the interface to be easy, almost like they knew how I was thinking. But the biggest part is their customer service department. What do you like best about OnePoint HCM? One Point customer service is great. They are always available and have short wait times when on the phone. If they can not help you fix the problem right away they do call you back within 24 hours to provide a solution.
