What do you like best? Interactive system where you can do everything. Clock in and out, request time off, contact system help, etc. All in one platform for work. What do you dislike? Took a while to learn how to use it. Better instructions for beginners. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? OneLogin is only used for logging hours since it is a remote job.

What do you like best? Single login for all of your company apps. It is great. The onelogin landing page that shows me everything I can sign into is a go-to for me, especially the apps you use few and far between (like healthcare) but really need to find it at some point! OneLogin Does The "Remembering" For You!

What do you like best? I love that with one click on my OneLogin bookmark I can access all of my most frequently used programs/software and instantly be logged in. Single sign-on security for my applications

What do you like best? An extra layer of security for all my applications with Single sign-on security. It offers a one-touch, multi-factor authentication that is easy to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes,The application will ask for authentication in every single page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All our applications under one page with single sign on, made easy to access and more secure with duo factor authentication.

Proofpoint OneLogin

What do you like best? Seamless integration with all Proofpoint pages. What do you dislike? Having to use 2FA the first time I connect with OneLogin. Recommendations to others considering the product: 10/10 What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logging in to JIRA via OneLogin once, and being able to access all JIRA pages.

What do you like best? OneLogin just works. And when it doesn't the support team makes it so it does.We had to set up several internal applications not currently offered by OneLogin and the support team was great. We gave them the requirements and in a matter of days they were able to build a SAMl app for both our CreditScope and RockChat system system. Although we have not had too many issues, the support team has been excellent in providing timely fixes and solutions to our problems. I ...

Simple, easy, effective

What do you like best? Now our users can access all of our applications through OneLogin SSO - no need to remember more than one password. What do you dislike? Administration can sometimes be tricky but their support goes above and beyond. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As I said above, it makes accessing applications so much more efficient for our users. We also are able to apply MFA to OneLogin for added security.

OneLogin is an economical, logical, & convenient approach to IaaS

What do you like best? When it comes to IaaS/SSO, OneLogin just works. It is very rare that we run into problems with OneLogin. We love that users don't have to keep track of so many passwords. This reduces log in issues and related tickets to our IT staff. What do you dislike? We would like to see the app catalog expanded. Also, the administration interface is a little clunky. For example, I can't easily see a list of users in a particular role, or at least it isn't obvious to me. ...

What do you like best? Customer service has been proactive in reaching out to me, instead of me first going to them. A complete shift from our other vendors. What do you dislike? Easy and simple to implement and managing the admin portal

What do you like best? The simplicity and flexibility of the product, especially on the user portal and admin portal, is intuitive and easy to understand and manage SSO. Setting up with different vendors with SSO is pretty straight forward, nothing complicate. Tech support is very knowledgable and skillful when you need assistance. What do you dislike?
