OneLogin for MFA, SSO and identity management.

What do you like best? Tying our identity management in to one source for single sign on with added protection, such as multi-factor authentication when necessary was essential. We're better protected with fewer issues to support when it comes to signing in to the various applications and systems that we have integrated. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, however we did find that we have to supplemented some of our users who did not have smart phones or didn't wish to ...

Great SSO Provider

What do you like best? Their support team and account team listen to our feedback continuously and implement changes we need quickly. What do you dislike? We've had occasionally bugs and issues with G Suite as a directory source that OneLogin has addressed. I wouldn't recommend for customer identity management but for internal employees it's fantastic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding, priviledged access management, SSO.

OneLogin is a great central location for you enterprise

What do you like best? The best features are that Onelogin is easy to configure with Vendor apps and in-house developed applications What do you dislike? The user interface needs a facelift. The ability to clone applications and mappings is a feature I would like to see. Maybe a wizard to setup connections. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out and speak with an account manager to make sure this is what will work for you What problems are you ...

Number 1 single sign-in

What do you like best? Easy to set up. Easy for end users, easy to admin. What do you dislike? Some app connectors are a bit complicated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Users have strong passwords everywhere. Security is strong but still easy to implement.

OneLogin has simplified things in our company

What do you like best? It didn't take us that long to get new apps configured What do you dislike? Painfully inflexible when it comes to customizing the portal for our users. Each user should be able to set their own favorites and/or dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? -No more wasted time managing 20 different accounts -Better security

OneLogin as a single sign-on provider.

What do you like best? We are using OneLogin as a single sign-on provider for the past two years and the experience so far is great. We are also using OneLogin as a portal to access different SaaS applications which are making our employee onboarding and off-boarding process pretty simple and smooth. What do you dislike? The user experience of OneLogin is not so great. Some of UI/UXs are confusing and administrator realized it only which a complaint is logged by users. ...

Very smooth and easy

What do you like best? It has best test connector that can be used to on board good bunch of apps to Onelogin. It has predefined app catalog that helps users to add applications to SAML. Onelogin provides secure access to all the cloud and inhouse apps that are both house owned and vendor managed. OneLogin Protect MFA, Adaptive Authentication, AWS, Workday, simplified user view, Concur and integrations worked seamlessly. What do you dislike? Lack of having documentation on the ...

Love It

What do you like best? Provisioning and SCIM are fabulous. We have disparate worldwide users using this today with little IT support. In fact, we don't even have an IT department. What do you dislike? UI could always improve. RBAC controls for account impersonation could improve. Recommendations to others considering the product: Okta What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SSO and provisioning into applications.

OneLogin is a good SSO Solution.

What do you like best? It has a simple interface that is easy to use. Also, the ability to incorporation MFA into the solution easily is definitely a plus. MFA has saved us from being attached multiple times. The development tools that help application developers to add SAML capability to their apps have been very useful as well. It integrates well with our on premise Active Directory infrastructure. What do you dislike? The interface to Microsoft AzureAD needs a little work. We ...

No more writing down passwords

What do you like best? One Login blows my mind. I use a ton of different programs in my work and I'd estimate 20+ passwords to remember - all of them require being changed every few months. With One Login, I can set it and forget it. It also keeps all of my programs organized in one centralized area, instead of having to bookmark the programs that I use. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are issues with logging in to certain programs. Probably just a glitch. Recommendations ...
