"Innovative, Insightful, and So Helpful"
What do you like best about OneCause? Working with OneCause is one of the best decisions we at the Coalition have made. The suite of services--from online donation pages to event management tools--sync with our fundraising goals so well. The customer service team is top-notch and very responsive.

What do you like best about OneCause? The over-the-phone support system is incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. Any little question I always knew I could call and ask for support. Even the event-day support staff was prompt, very nice and were very in tune with the flow of our event.

"Excellent Support"
What do you like best about OneCause? Due to extenuating circumstances I only had a two months before our event when I first opened One Cause. We were late on everything. However, support staff and account representative were so supportive. They helped me all the way. I had a great experience.

What do you like best about OneCause? We love the ease of using the website for our auction needs. It is so user-friendly. If there is ever any question that needs to be answered, customer service is right on it to help out. Our auctions have always run smoothly with onecause.

What do you like best about OneCause? The customer service!! It is a very easy platform with so many amazing features, but when dealing with large donations I never want to make mistake and any time I call one cause support they answer right away and have the answer to my question. It's amazing

"Excellent Fundraising Platform"
What do you like best about OneCause? Our nonprofit recently signed on with OneCause to use their platform for fundraising in person events. We loved the ease to build our event page, the analytics it provided and the on-site staff assistance at the event. The OneCause support from start to finish our event was beyond expectations and helped create a very successful fundraising event.
