"Innovative, Insightful, and So Helpful"

What do you like best about OneCause? Working with OneCause is one of the best decisions we at the Coalition have made. The suite of services--from online donation pages to event management tools--sync with our fundraising goals so well. The customer service team is top-notch and very responsive.

"Great Assistance and Support!"

What do you like best about OneCause? The over-the-phone support system is incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. Any little question I always knew I could call and ask for support. Even the event-day support staff was prompt, very nice and were very in tune with the flow of our event.

"OneCause was extremely helpful with last-minute event plans"

What do you like best about OneCause? Everyone on our team as well as all customer service representatives that I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were on a time crunch and everyone at OneCause banded together with us to make sure that we had everything we needed and were set to go.

"Excellent Support"

What do you like best about OneCause? Due to extenuating circumstances I only had a two months before our event when I first opened One Cause. We were late on everything. However, support staff and account representative were so supportive. They helped me all the way. I had a great experience.

What do you like best about OneCause? We love the ease of using the website for our auction needs. It is so user-friendly. If there is ever any question that needs to be answered, customer service is right on it to help out. Our auctions have always run smoothly with onecause.

"Solid auction software with exemplary customer service."

What do you like best about OneCause? Our organization has successfully used OneCause's auction software for three events and have had no problems. The set-up is relatively easy and the knowledgebase is comprehensive. Their Customer Support team is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional.
