Before, we used to have numerous spreadsheets, but now we can automatize a lot of things. Also, there is a possibility to create forms for employees to fill out and sign so we don’t have to print everything.

This software has made the process for me not only manageable but easy. We have seventy tasks, including document collection, and we were able to break this up into four chains, some of which pre-populate and others we trigger manually.
