It is a one-stop shop for all Board material, as well as remote meeting links and the ability to capture minutes in real-time right in the software using the materials already published. It's web-based so accessible anywhere. I use it for our company as well as another Board I sit on and love both applications.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Prior to using OnBoard we used sharepoint for our board materials. This was a very slow and tedious process and the board materials would have to be synced and just took so much time. Once we switched to OnBoard, I save so much time now!

It was easy to implement (I had my own Implementation Manager who worked with me on all aspects of setup and even walked my Board through how to use it) and to keep using - even with people who might not be the most tech-savvy

The vote option is valuable. We can ask for a vote and have a documented vote within minutes. In addition, our Auditors love that our Board minutes are housed in one place.
