Being able to upload my agenda and then edit it and add the related documents is a big time saver for me. Best of all, the majority of my Board members and my boss, the Chancellor have been easily able to transition to the use of the digital platform.

Having the ability to quickly drop documents into the board packet online and pressing a button that auto page numbers the agenda and supporting documents. I can start preparing the board meetings package months in advance and let the board know with one click that their packets are ready for them to view. This software has eliminated hours of prep time and standing at the copier!
