"One Point Access for All Board Materials"

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Prior to using a board portal, our board members received binders with printed documents and then emails with attached documents. By choosing OnBoard we now have one secure portal where board members can go to review documents. We still have a few members tied to printed documents but we are seeing more and more of the board members using tablets and phones during the meetings.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? The implementation is as simple as it gets. It is very user friendly, they listen to your requests/suggestions to update their product and there is never downtime or issues. Their IT team and service reps are great and respond to emails promptly. We use OnBoard for all our Board and Board Committee meetings and it is nice to have everything in one place.

Clean user interface, great suite of features, excellent implementation experience. It is easy to manage users, create meetings, upload documents, and use the directory.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Before we had OnBoard i had to do everything the long way e.g. create documents on Microsoft Office, print and scan all documents. Now it it is all in one place!

It was easy to upload the spreadsheet to add the directory and even easier to send bulk invites. I also like the helpful videos and live trainings that are available. In addition, our representative was responsive and resourceful, providing step-by-step guidance. These things combined allowed me to have my platform up in running within 2 weeks.
