What do you like best? OnBase is continually moving forward with updates and features the customer is looking for. New software releases rarely have major bugs causing customers to roll back to previous version.

What do you like best about OnBase? I like the workflow feature the best, it just streamlines and automates any business process. There are so many great modules OnBase offers that it's hard to pick a favorite. The import/retrieval process is so simple that the training on this product is minimal but it can also become very in depth to handle any of your business needs.

Being able to have a central location for documents to be shared and passed around to others has streamlined our process. We went from writing on paper and housing the documents in a file cabinet to being fully paper free. The saving in time, printing costs and communication has been invaluable.

What do you like best about OnBase? It has enabled our organization to share work across regional offices, and to access and work from the same information. The history feature is extremely useful as a manager - it maintains an electronic record of every view, edit, etc. of a document, making problem resolution and employee accountability issues much easier to manage. It also enables us to be extremely nimble in adopting business process improvements. We don't have to go to the IT ...

What do you like best? OnBase offers a great way to store information remotely. It removes the need for hardcopies and helps to clear the clutter paper can cause. With the ability to add documents to different file categories and include keywords, it is pretty simple to "put your hands on" any document at any time.
