"Hyland OnBase is a great Enterprise Document Management System"
What do you like best about OnBase? We are using Hyland OnBase on an enterprise scale, and we are very happy with the system (OnBase) and the vendor (Hyland). The system is stable and easy to maintain. Compared to other systems and vendors, there is a decent amount of documentation available. The vendor is also very responsive to support cases.

What do you like best about OnBase? The ease of use and adaptability of OnBase is very beneficial. There are so many options avaiable it is difficult to not be able to configure a solution. OnBase has allowed us to automated several manual processes which is a cost savings for our institution.

What do you like best about OnBase? It is very helpful especially on searching and uploading of invoices. We can check easily the status of the invoices through onbase.

What do you like best about OnBase? OnBase platform is very flexible for implementing complex Insurance solutions. It helped to implement the scanning and document ingestion needs. It also helped to implement secure document management needs. OnBase facilitated the document distribution needs.
