What do you like best? 1. The audience doesn't have to download anything (software, flash, etc.) to watch the webinar. 2. The integrations with the reporting softwares that we use are very robust. 3. What do you like best? Ease of webinar setup and presenters console. What do you dislike? Inability to edit recording within the platform and difficulty in loading edited video back into an event. Pre-records are extremely time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Extensive reporting features and analytics.

What do you like best? I love that there are so many ways to get help. Knowledge center, webinerd community, or chat in addition to reaching out to our account rep. There is so much to learn but it's so easy to digest with both videos and written support with screen shots! What do you dislike?
