What do you like best? The setup is very user friendly. It makes it very simple and easy to find everything and all of the reports work extremely well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The multiple options to create content, for various types of events. What do you dislike? Learning curve is a little steep, takes time to learn the tool. Quick and Successful Transition to Online Conference

What do you like best? On24 staff were super helpful, and onboarding gave us complete confidence to run the event. Registration and integration with our CRM made marketing and follow-up a breeze. Powerful tool but doesn't solve all virtual events needs

What do you like best? Very user friendly. Easy to use and to set up. What do you dislike? No private speaker phone line for prep call right before webinar. Webcam only recordings not possible, always need a slide deck. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you ask ALL your questions and don't assume anything. It's all-around a great platform, but the best parts are the support and transparency around platform updates and a ton of resources available directly from ON24 to help with both getting started and with customizing. Great solution for nonprofit fundraiser

What do you like best? Ability to customize everything from the background to the buttons users click. Extensive data on every aspect of the webcast. Easy to use. What do you dislike? Back end and user interface are quite different it almost feels like learning two separate software systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bringing our messaging to a broader audience now that physical geography is no issue.

Reliable and customizable

What do you like best? I love that there are so many aspects that you can customize the interface for your audience! What do you dislike? I wish there were additional plugin options or a way to store documents/links within the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a way to help our customers see that we really care about their industry by hosting talks with authors or experts in their field.
