Quick and Successful Transition to Online Conference
What do you like best? On24 staff were super helpful, and onboarding gave us complete confidence to run the event. Registration and integration with our CRM made marketing and follow-up a breeze. The console builder is terrific and allows us to host webinars that are complex with multiple speakers mixed with pre-recorded content. Resources for questions and learning are very good. Powerful tool but doesn't solve all virtual events needs
What do you like best? Very user friendly. Easy to use and to set up. What do you dislike? No private speaker phone line for prep call right before webinar. Webcam only recordings not possible, always need a slide deck. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you ask ALL your questions and don't assume anything. Great solution for nonprofit fundraiser
What do you like best? Ability to customize everything from the background to the buttons users click. Extensive data on every aspect of the webcast. Easy to use. What do you dislike? Back end and user interface are quite different it almost feels like learning two separate software systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bringing our messaging to a broader audience now that physical geography is no issue.

What do you like best? I love that there are so many aspects that you can customize the interface for your audience! What do you dislike?
