What do you like best? I love the ease of using the platform and the ability to easily run webinars globally. I never encountered any issues with running live events. What do you dislike? great, browser base platform with consistent results

What do you like best? I like that there is no download needed, which makes it easier for both speakers and the audience to participate. Each webinar gives the options of audio or video format and the experience is consistent for both. The front end is super customizable and the engagement tools are very thorough for adding additional information (like supporting documents, links, speaker bios, etc.). Great experience all around

What do you like best? Ease of use, functional, user friendly, intuitive design. The support staff @ ON24 have been extremely helpful each time we've ever run into a minor issue or needed assistance with setting up the "invite/reminder/thank you" process for the webinars. What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use from a producer, presenter, and audience perspective. Every one of our third-party presenters says how easy the platform is to work with. What do you dislike? There is not much about the platform we dislike. I would say the only feature we wish could be changed would be to allow people to view a webinar on-demand without having to register first.
