When everyone reached out to start doing virtual events there were lots of technical issues to run the volume we produced but they handled it like champs and have been on top of fixing the technical glitches as fast as possible and provided great support during that time. What do you like best? ON24 is a very user friendly platform that offers the capability to deliver webinars in a live, simu-live + on-demand environment. What do you dislike? The reporting functionality is clunky and doesn't allow data to be exported in a complete report What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Virtual demonstrations to groups of target personas. Ability to deliver thought-leadership style interactive content.

What do you like best? Ability to customise in an easy straight forward way. Very easy for speakers to record slides and to manage live sections. What do you dislike? There is no fast login for people that have already registered for one of our webinars. What do you like best? It's the standard for webinar hosting technology. Seriously. They are the only webinar hosting platform that I've used, that allows so much customization with the console view.
