Best in class for b2b streamed content.
What do you like best? They have thought through everything. Simple to use. Never run into issues. Particularly love when we sponsor webinars that use the platform and we can use pathfactory links in the resources section where we gain incredible insights. What do you dislike? Our sales rep was so unresponsive I’ve switched to Zoom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple to scale our webinar program.

What do you like best? Seamless setup of webinars and integration with other business systems. Plus, they have robust analytics to help you understand your webinar attendees. Great experience so far with ON24
What do you like best? I like the integration with Marketo, the in-console engagement, and the ability to continue to receive registrations and engagement on-demand after the live webinar has concluded. What do you dislike? I wish there was a more flexibility in the presentation requirements. We can not conduct online the webinar training except that we have to call to international number
What do you like best? To analyze the training and the participant involvement What do you dislike? Online training that we have to call international number which make high cost. What do you like best? The features of ON24 were very customizable. What do you dislike? It seems like we were sold on something that did not deliver. Feedback from the events team is that the webinar connection is unstable and would be constantly interrupted. The Pardot integration was more trouble than a benefit.
