Knowing I can access chat support to get quick answers and troubleshoot any problems gives me peace of mind when executing events. What do you like best? The look and feel of the platform is second to none. Fully customisable audience view with simple drag and drop functionality makes it a very good buy and play platform. What do you like best? Comprehensive audience data which allows sales people to quickly see all activity a person has done over all webinars, engaging platform that encourages audience participation, ability to use animations in slides. What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly overall and particularly easy to use to record on-demand webinars. Our presenters like that you can record slide -by-slide and re-record over any slide throughout the recording process. Live webinars also run smoothly. What do you like best? The Elite Studio presenter's interface, the fact that it's all browser-based What do you dislike? There are some niggling improvements still to be made to Elite Studio, like the addition of avatars when not using camera and not having the producers shown for the audience. Excellent webinar system for delivering pre-recorded "live" and on-demand content!

What do you like best? LOVE that we can organize webinars well in advance, and finalize the pre-recorded content the day before. It ensures that we don't have technical/network glitches on the day of the "live" event, and if we want we can still roll to a live Q&A at the end. (Although live audio only, with a live webcam.) What do you like best? I like that the registration process seems to be pretty easy with our Salesforce integration - it seems to work as it should and there are a ton of analytics on the platform. The actual webinar looks great and there are a lot of features. What do you dislike? There is not an easy way to integrate it with our HubSpot account. What do you like best? Detailed reports can be output easily, with easy navigation. What do you dislike? Events with larger audience list can take longer to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I extract webinar data for reporting.
