Easy to navigate and interactive!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and the visual is very appealing. I like how interactive on24 platform is. What do you dislike? The platform is a little laggy and slow sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration problems, but reports are beneficial.

Amazing - Support Team and Platform

What do you like best? I love how innovative and user friendly the platform is to use. It is a great way to interact with our audience when we no longer have a way of doing it in person. What do you like best? The customer service in all my time with working with ON24 now at two different companies has been superb. I also like how ON24 continues to improve their platform and the plethora of information provided to keep customers informed and educated. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support from the live chat as well as from the local team makes it really easy to fix any issues if they arise What do you dislike? The producer side might be a little complicated because every time I had tried to upload a deck, slides are repeated in the producer side, which makes a little bit hard to manage them.
