Helps me deliver excellent webinar experiences
What do you like best? The user experience on24 allows me to provide webinar attendees is best in class. I love the ability to completely brand the webinar viewer to our events - from background to buttons. The marketo integration is also very helpful. What do you dislike? The user experience from a producer/presenter perspective needs some love. Parts of it are still in flash (yikes). Best I ever used but overloaded
What do you like best? Versatility. All in one for creating effective webinars, in terms of inviting, registering, running, analysing and following up. What do you dislike? Demand is too high and bandwidth is not enough to accomodate everyone's needs. No regular upgrading, no development of new features. In fact I have notised some useful features disappearing. What do you like best? LIVE Video Streaming. Video On Demand. Polls & Quizzes. Private Chat. Leaderboards. Stream LIVE or Pre-Recorded Videos. Not perfect, but best option for presenting multiple pre-recorded videos
What do you like best? Our main reason for choosing ON24 is the ability to upload multiple pre-recorded videos and present them to my audience with time to pop in between each and answer questions, introduce the next video, etc. I also LOVE that the recording of each webinar automatically renders and becomes available on demand using the same URL previously used to register for the live event. A great tool with an excellent potential yet few things could run smoother
What do you like best? The On-demand capability and SIMU2LIVE. The possibility of customizing the Console Builder. What do you dislike? The conference bridge is often not stable and our external customers dislike the fact that audio is not embedded for presenters. It's also a pity that on24 is not well supported by Internet explorer, since it is a default browser by my companies in Europe, esp. south Europe (i.e. Italy). Great functionality and ease of use
What do you like best? The way attendee engagement is implemented throughout. From the follow-up emails, to the polling options. What do you dislike? There were some glitches and functionality issues that I have experienced. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to interact very well with registrants and attendees from start to finish.

Rough training, but successful conference
What do you like best? The platform is relatively flexible and we received amazing feedback from our attendees. This review would be lower if it was purely from the admin side of the equation, but the success and feedback we received pushes this higher. Great Features and Platform
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. The interface is really intuitive. What do you dislike? It is kind of expensive compared to other options we had considered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ON24 to produce a monthly industry related webinar. It is a great tool to track leads and how they are interacting with our content.
