Excellent Tool, but UI could use work
What do you like best? ON24 assigns a Customer Success Manager to your account which is super helpful. The creation of webinars is a bit clunky, but the Knowledge Center is robust. Still, there are several quirks to the platform from the creation end. As far as the participants go, I don't think they have had any issues other than slow internet/wifi connections. Reliable technology for webinars with different options for audience interactions
What do you like best? Easy to set up and to get metrics. I like the multiple options for interactions with the audience: poll questions, surveys. What do you dislike? The technical issues when using screen sharing or video What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Large audiences without interruptions. Sometimes is difficult to manage the muting options with other tools. ON24 allows for a two ways conversation without interruptions.

On24 overall is a simple, great, easy - to-navigate platform. I do think it could look more modern.
What do you like best? I love the 24/7 chatbot - very helpful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Its quite physically 'clunky' , it could be more professional looking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webinars! Weve held a load of webinars which have been great.

Mixed feelings, but a good presentation platform.
What do you like best? The ability to create a visually appealing experience for each webinar, or create a standard design based on the webinar type along with the ability to have the slides work harmoniously with the presenter video appeal to me the most about the platform. Great platform, very responsive support team
What do you like best? Easy to use, looks great, keeps customers happy. Easy to train new employees and customize each product very thoroughly. Support team is always very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? When setting up our compliance questions, there is a coding bug that wont allow us to hit 'save' if we have selected too many countries for a certain question. What do you like best? They have improved the usability of the recording system. Awhile back it was an issue with presenters (who may be worldwide), but now it seems to go more smoothly. Also, use to have attendees say, "I don't see anything, or I can't hear anything... has it started yet?" A handful. Now almost nobody has a technical issue. What do you dislike? Ease of use trumps some inconvienances
What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to use interface. Easy to learn. What do you dislike? Formatting on slides looks different in ON24. Extra works is sometimes required when slides have to be reformatted and uploaded again. Flash is required. The default MP4 archive of slides and speakers on video looks terrible-- the speaker video is too small. Would also like a way for speakers to pop in and out of the webcam gallery view without having to exit the webinar. Right now only ...

What do you like best? I like the ability to lead webinars from anywhere and collaborate on the platform. I also like how it is customizable to whatever my needs are. What do you dislike?
