ON24 Virtual Delivery Experience

What do you like best? Ease of setting up audience console . What do you dislike? ON24 does support virtual backgrounds . Recommendations to others considering the product: Cost of monitoring live event is expensive. Nearly every webinar at least one speakers has had trouble with their webcam or audio. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Virtual delivery in leu of in person events

Easy to navigate and interactive!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and the visual is very appealing. I like how interactive on24 platform is. What do you dislike? The platform is a little laggy and slow sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration problems, but reports are beneficial.

Great webinar platform

What do you like best? I like the customizable and interactive webinar console the best. I also like that the console remains interactive for on demand webinars. What do you dislike? There are drawbacks with every program. The main thing I dislike if the use of Flash. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The on demand library keeps our webinars going long after the original broadcast.

What do you like best? ON24 changed our entire webinar and marketing experience. Having a great system like this really sets you apart from competitors. The team is also very responsive and helpful if you ever need assistance taking your presentations to the next level or brainstorming how to do something. What do you dislike? Nothing so far! Amazing - Support Team and Platform

What do you like best? I love how innovative and user friendly the platform is to use. It is a great way to interact with our audience when we no longer have a way of doing it in person. Also getting metrics for each event is really easy and the support team is wonderful. What do you dislike? I wish we were told more about the learning webinars that ON24 provides. First class customer service...no matter how big your logo is.

What do you like best? The customer service in all my time with working with ON24 now at two different companies has been superb. I also like how ON24 continues to improve their platform and the plethora of information provided to keep customers informed and educated. What do you dislike? Powerful webcast tool.

What do you like best? I love that I can create recorded webcasts. Also the camera feature has worked very well for us. :) What do you dislike? They use some jargon that I'm not familiar with and that is frustrating sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Plan plenty of time for the transition, but jump in 100% when the day comes. Don't try to run two systems at once. What do you like best? I have been running webinars for the last 8 years and one thing i like best about ON24 is the the ability to customize the look and feel of everything from the registration page to the audience view.
